"WE'RE MORE THAN JUST MORTGAGES"

As a Member Service, we offer Buyer Agent representation to Credit Union Members. You receive one-half of any commission paid to the CU Realty Center for any property you purchase listed in the MLS or any new, builder built property of which a commission is paid by the builder. This Member Commission Buyer Rebate can be as much as 1.50% of the home's sales price.

A Buyer's Agent represents only your interests as the home purchaser; not the Seller's...they are represented by their Listing Agent.

When the Seller pays the Listing Agent's Real Estate Commission at settlement the commission amount is "split" between the Listing and Selling/Buyer Brokers/Agents.  Commissions are negotiable, but six (6%) percent of the sale price is quite a normal commission rate that Sellers pay.  Therefore, on a $200,000 home a 6% real estate commission is $12,000.  As your Buyer's Agent we would receive half, $6,000.  And, as a Credit Union Member Benefit, we would give one-half of the $6,000 (a $3,000 Buyer Rebate) to you.  The below shows a few other examples:
