Along with facilitating your UCF Credit Union mortgage, our CU Realty Center can now represent you as Real Estate Agents.   In conjunction with a UCF Federal Credit Union mortgage you can receive a MEMBER COMMISSION REBATE up to 1% of the Contract Sales Price if our CU Realty Center represents you.  The home you purchase must be listed on  the Central Florida Multiple List with a commission paid to the "Buyer's Agent" or offered for sale by Builder Developer that pays a commission if you are represented by a Real Estate Agent.

You can review all MLS *homes for sale by clicking     (*CU Realty Center representation is necessary  for "REBATE")

The CU Realty Center will assist you in locating properties listed on the Central Florida Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  There is no cost to the you, since the property Seller pays the real estate brokerage commission based on a percentage of the contract sale price to a licensed Real Estate Broker who introduces the Buyer to the Seller that results in a sale.

The "MEMBER COMMISSION REBATE" cannot be made available if you are presently represented by Real Estate Licensee acting as your Single Agent or Transaction Broker.  Quite simply, you receive this member benefit if the CU Realty Center earns a commission representing you.
